Customizing Settings

Your Settings page is where you make FlowEdge truly yours. Every detail you configure here shapes the documents you generate — from your business name on the cover page to the tone of voice the AI uses.

Settings Sections

FlowEdge settings are organized into four areas:

1. Profile Information — Your name, business name, role, and contact details. This information appears on your generated documents.

2. Preferences — Control the default tone, sections, payment terms, and custom AI instructions that shape every document.

3. Branding — Upload your logo, set brand colors, choose fonts, and add footer text for polished, on-brand documents.

4. Security — Manage your sign-in method, change your password, and review account security.

Settings also carries two switches that are not sections of their own:

• Guided Doc Generation (Beta) — turns the guided interview on or off. The same card appears on your Dashboard. Off for most accounts created before 23 July 2026, so check it if you have never seen the interview.
• Notifications — whether FlowEdge emails you when a shared document is opened.

Getting Started

If you just created your account, start with your Profile Information and Branding. These two sections have the biggest impact on how your documents look and feel.
